- Simple records of payments and when you download a paid report (to make the feature work and for receipts/support).
Where We Store It
- In our secure online database, tied to your account.
- On your device (a small temporary copy) to make the app feel fast; it syncs when you’re online.
How We Use It
- To run the app: sign‑in, save your data, show charts and insights, and generate reports.
- To unlock and deliver paid Professional Reports (each purchase covers one PDF export).
- To fix problems and improve the product (in a way that doesn’t identify you whenever possible).
Data Sharing
We don’t sell your personal data. We work with trusted providers to run the app (for example, Google Firebase for hosting and sign‑in, and QuickBooks/Intuit for checkout). We only share what’s needed to provide the service.
Your Choices & Rights
- You can sign out at any time.
- You can request data deletion by contacting support@jessrecruiting.com.
- You may export your Job Log to CSV at any time via the app.
Security
We use industry‑standard protections like encryption and access controls. Only you (when signed in) and our system can access your account’s data.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete it, we’ll remove your account data from our systems after we verify the request.
